About the service
PKU is being developed to help people keep everyday PKU information organised and share it with authorised supporters.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in method secure and for providing accurate account information where requested.
PKU Profiles and shared access
A PKU Profile is a shared domain record. Access is granted through explicit memberships and permissions; family or relationship labels do not create permanent ownership.
User responsibilities
Users must use the service lawfully, respect other people's privacy, and only enter or share information they are authorised to manage.
Recipes and user content
Users remain responsible for content they add. Nutrition values and recipes should not be treated as clinically verified unless the service expressly says otherwise.
Subscription
A future paid subscription is planned to unlock a PKU Profile for its authorised members. Pricing, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be finalised before launch.
Service availability
The service is under development. Availability commitments and any production service levels will be documented before launch.
Medical disclaimer
PKU is an organisational tool and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individual care plan.
Termination
Final rules for suspending or closing accounts and preserving or deleting data will be established before public launch.
